Is there a minimum order?

No. Buy 3 beans or 30 kilograms.

How much does it cost?

Price depends on grade, quantity and current stock, so we quote per order, usually within 24 hours.

How is shipping priced?

Shipping is quoted per order, by Pos Indonesia EMS (economy) or DHL, FedEx or UPS (premium). You see the full cost before you pay.

How do I pay?

By PayPal, Western Union or international bank transfer, after you accept our quote.

Will I need to pay customs duties?

Possibly, depending on your country's rules. Import duties and clearance are the buyer's responsibility.

Is a phytosanitary certificate included?

We arrange one wherever your destination requires it. See the shipping page for details by region.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes. Samples start from about 50 g; you cover the sample and its shipping.

What if my order is lost or wrong?

Lost parcels are replaced, and orders that don't match the specification are replaced or refunded. See the refund policy.
