Tracking and cost
We send the tracking number on the day your parcel ships. Shipping cost is quoted per order, and you see it before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Documents and customs
We arrange a phytosanitary certificate whenever your destination requires one. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility under the rules of the buyer's country, and we declare the contents of every parcel as they are.
Does my country need a phytosanitary certificate?
European Union
Required
Since 14 December 2019 almost all plant products need a phytosanitary certificate to enter the EU, including small quantities. Only five fruits are exempt, and vanilla is not one of them. We arrange the certificate.
United Kingdom
Required
Plant products sent by post or courier for resale need a phytosanitary certificate. We arrange the certificate.
