Payment options

You pay after you have accepted our quote, never before. We accept PayPal, Western Union and international bank transfer.

PayPal

Samples and small orders

Pay by card or PayPal balance. Please send it as Goods and Services so PayPal buyer protection applies. PayPal fees are included in your quote, so the total quoted is the total you pay.

Western Union

Mid-size orders

Send the transfer in Indonesian Rupiah rather than US dollars so the exchange rate does not work against you. We give you the exact amount, the receiver name and the details to use with your invoice.

Bank transfer (TT)

Large orders

International wire transfer to our bank account. Your bank charges its own transfer fee. Account details, SWIFT/BIC and reference are on your invoice.

How paying works

    We send an invoice

    It carries the payment details for the method you chose.

    You pay

    Send the exact amount shown on the invoice.

    We dispatch

    We pack and ship once the payment has arrived, and send tracking the same day.
