Our standard

We are not a farm. We work with a network of farmers across Indonesia. That network is why we can serve small orders and large ones alike. We re-sort every batch ourselves, then pack and ship it. This is what that means for you.

Every batch is re-sorted by hand.

Broken, moldy or defective pods are removed before packing.
Specifications are guaranteed per product.

Length, moisture and integrity match what is printed on the product page.
Vacuum-sealed per order.

Not repacked from old stock sitting in bulk storage.
Wrong specification on arrival.

Replaced or refunded.
Lost in transit.
